Recovery

Similar to out Turaround service we excel in implementing interventions to restart your stalled (or stopped in its tracks) business, public department, portfolio, programme or project.  We recognise it takes a great deal of courage and savvy to admit an activity is in serious trouble.

We help stakeholders and leadership teams to understand and determine trade off options to business quality, capability, value and reputation when the original budget, schedule or opportunity may no longer be valid.

With our decades of experience we assist clients to get businesses and projects back up and running again in a cost effective manner with minimal disruption.

We then transfer control and accountability back to internal teams with supporting processes and guardrails in place to help success and sustainability.

Assessment of business priority (specific production lines, critical services or business functions) and capacity to utilise internal resources for loss mitigation are key to our Recovery service.  Contractor audits and monitoring to check payments and related work undertaken is of high quality, stabilisation, creation of business goals with a corresponding initial phased project and central coordination with all stakeholders for progress reporting and problem solving are other core Recovery service components.
