Decisions we are brought in to test
- The Board is weighing a redundancy or restructuring programme and wants to know whether there is a better decision — not simply the fastest one.
- Further investment or capital injection is being considered and the organisation needs an independent view of what has to be true before more money is committed.
- A transformation or major programme is drifting, and the reported picture no longer feels consistent with what is happening across the enterprise.
- A strategic choice appears obvious, but the second-, third- and further-level effects have not been tested together.
- Several major changes are drawing on the same scarce resources and the organisation needs to know what the combined consequence will be.
